About

At the age of 8, Amanda informed her parents that she would be running away to join the circus. As a direct response, her mother saw her flair for the dramatics and signed her up for a community production of The Wizard of Oz. Amanda made her Off-Off-Off-Off Broadway debut as Dorothy and the rest was history.

Amanda received her BFA in Musical Theater & minor in Dance from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, receiving the Dr. Arthur Hopper Outstanding Graduating Senior Award. As a performer, she has worked regionally, on cruise ships and Off-Broadway, with a special interest in developing new work, clowning, devised movement & sharing queer stories.

Amanda also has a passion for managing & supporting teams of creatives, specifically within the Interior Design industry. She finds that this juncture only enhances & informs her work as a performing artist. Amanda has helped to design, procure, and stage over 20 furnished rentals with Fenix Living. She has recently joined Interior Marketing Group (as seen in Architectural Digest & ELLE Decor ) as a Studio Manager.

Whether through creating intentional spaces or telling stories on stage, Amanda believes in the collective power of art to bring people together and build stronger communities.
